Stats: April 9-15
Total cards chosen: 9
Majors: 22% (The Lovers, Wheel of Fortune)
Wands: 11% (3)
Cups: 22% (King x 2)
Swords: 22% (10, 2)
Pentacles: 22% (2, Page)
I really enjoyed working with my new Steampunk Tarot this week. The images are rich enough to spark intuitive insights without being too busy. It's easy to relate to the characters through the actions they're engaged in.
Next I'll be working with another new deck: Royo Dark Tarot

April 15 - Two of Swords
The Two of Swords in this deck shows a lady balancing on the tips of her toes between the water and the moon. She is blindfolded and holding two swords. There is electricity under her feet. The moon is waxing and almost full.
One thing is for certain -- she won't be able to remain in this position for long. The moment of silence and stillness he has experiences has allowed her to get in touch with her emotions and her subconscious. But now the sun is rising on the horizon, and it is time for action.
This card is telling me to use what I have gained during my period of soul-searching and put it to use in the physical world. Things are about to start moving.

April 14 - Three of Wands
The character in this card is looking out onto the horizon with a telescope. I can't help but notice how stormy the sky looks. We've got storm in the forecast for the next few days. I love storms, and we haven't had one in a while, so I'm excited about that. My selection of this card today makes me feel like the universe is teasing me because I'll be looking out at the sky and waiting for the storms to come.

April 13 - King of Cups
Another repeat. I still think this king is representing renewed communications with my friend, but if I keep getting him I might have to probe deeper...

April 12 - Page of Pentacles
Yes, I can totally relate to this card today. This girl has a determined look on her face. She's ready for an adventure and, being from the suit of pentacles, she is no doubt well prepared.
I decided a couple of days ago that I'm going to perform a ritual. I haven't done magic in a long time, having decided it's basically the Law of Attraction minus the props. But I have something very important that I would like to see manifest in my life, and I figure that adding an element of sacredness to the attraction process can't hurt. If nothing else, it will help me focus on my desire.
So currently I'm like the Page of Pentacles -- excited, but making sure I do my research and planning first so that I am well prepared and my magic is personal and inspired.

April 11 - Ten of Swords
Woe is me.
I was unpleasantly surprised to get the Ten of Swords again after I just drew it last Friday, so I pulled another card for clarification. It was the Two of Pentacles, but the Wheel wanted to come along, so I'm including it in the reading as well.
The message I'm seeing here is of being thrown off balance by an unforseen event and not being able to go back to the way things were before.
A very literal interpretation of this could be a fall or even an accident, especially one involving a bicycle or motorcycle. I don't have one of those, but I know people who do. Hopefully that isn't the case, but even if were, it shouldn't be serious given that neither Death note The Tower came up.
This reading might also apply to my finances. I've been doing a bit of a juggling act, so an unforseen major expense could be potentially catastrophic.
Now I'm just going to cross my fingers and hope for the best.
